The bouquet was lovely, but not as large as I expected for the cost, and was more hydrangeas than roses. It did arrive on time.

The floral display was just meh. I wanted pink roses as pictured on the website as they were her favorite (the deceased). The Sympathy Store should have notified me that they were sold out of pink roses. That way I would have gotten the right ones somewhere else.

We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone.
